The fundamentals of yoga are taught in this class, including basic postures (asanas), proper alignment, and coordination of breath and movement. Become more familiar with your body, increase strength, flexibility and balance, and learn to relax deeply. This class is for those with little or no experience with yoga as well as for students who seek to build a sturdy foundation for their yoga practice.
