This is a more vigorous Hatha Yoga class but welcomes yogis of all levels! We will explore dynamic linking of postures and breath, known as vinyasa, as well as static postures focusing on external as well as internal alignment. Expect to explore the use of props as a means of building timing and stamina in postures as well.
