Yoga Refresh | Mondays 10 a.m. with Debbie

Come back to the mat!  We’ll focus on poses that rejuvenate your practice while boosting your mood and your immune system.


About Debbie

Debbie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) with 2100+ hours of teaching and 700+ hours of training. Her background is in Hatha Yoga, primarily in the Iyengar style. Debbie’s classes reflect her love of sharing yoga with others. When the Antioch Center is open, she teaches one of our Tuesday classes.

Movement & Meditation | Tuesdays 9 a.m. with Jodi

This class is for all levels and will focus on movement to help increase mobility and range of motion using a combination of dynamic and static poses while sitting, standing, or lying on the mat. Our practice will incorporate breath and meditation practices to increase our body awareness and stress resilience.


About Jodi

Jodi discovered the benefits of yoga over 10 years ago when she experienced near immediate relief from chronic neck and back pain. She obtained her RYT200 certificate and completed an 800-hr Yoga Therapy training program through the Niroga Institute. Jodi is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of yoga with all of her students and especially those dealing with chronic pain, injuries or other chronic conditions. When the Antioch Center is open, Jodi teaches our Gentle Yoga class on Wednesdays.

Freedom from Pain | Wednesdays 12 p.m. with Janani

This multi-level class begins and ends in yogic sound. We will practice extending our bodies and minds via easy and dynamic yoga postures. In the process, we will reveal within ourselves places of pain-free peacefulness.


About Janani

Janani has taught hatha yoga and pranayama for over 20 years and has taught at the Center since it opened in 2008. Janani has studied yoga, meditation and ayurveda with Shri Anandi Ma, Master of Kundalini Maha Yoga, since 1991. When the Antioch Center is open, she teaches our Monday and Tuesday yoga classes.

Back to Basics | Thursdays 12 p.m. with Pam

This beginner-friendly yoga class is all about gentle stretching and finding your own proper body alignment. Through guided movement connected with the breath, you will slowly release the tension of the day and ease the mind. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced student looking to get back to basics, come and enjoy this easy-going and powerful practice.


About Pam

Pam Deleone has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for many years. She studied at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts, where she received a 200+ hour teaching certification. Pam is dedicated to making yoga fun and easy to incorporate into daily life. When the Antioch Center is open, Pam teaches this Back to Basics class on Wednesdays.

Align, Flow & Restore | Fridays 9 a.m. with Wes

This is a more vigorous Hatha Yoga class but welcomes yogis of all levels. We will explore dynamic linking of postures and breath, known as vinyasa, as well as static postures focusing on external and internal alignment. Expect to explore the use of props as a means of building timing and stamina in postures as well.


About Wes

Wes is a Vinyasa Flow instructor. He focuses primarily on bridging the gap between breath, alignment, and awareness through movement. He aims to make the energy of the practice relevant both on and off the mat by introducing traditional yogic teachings with a modern twist. Wes has a deep understanding of the science of yoga and approaches his teaching with patience, compassion and humor. His classes tend to be challenging and fun. When the Antioch Center is open, Wes teaches yoga on Thursdays.

Gentle Yoga | Saturdays 10 a.m. with Cindy Lou

A perfect introduction to the healing art of yoga. Gentle yoga postures and simple breathing techniques cultivate an inner experience of peace and balance. Suitable for new students, seniors and those who simply want a gentle approach to yoga.


About Cindy Lou

Cindy Lou fell in love with Yoga in fall 2007. She completed the Yoga Works 200-hour program in 2011, 300-hour program in 2013, and Yoga Tune Up certification in 2018. She has a passion for movement, movement education and self-care. She is a perpetual student and creates and environment for discovery and acceptance. When the Antioch Center is open, Cindy Lou teaches Gentle Yoga on Thursdays.
