If we must shelter inside, what better time than now to journey further and find shelter within? Through the practice of yoga, we stretch out the stress and learn to breathe deeply into our peaceful center to regain a sense of calm, balance, strength and flexibility.

Although our Center in Antioch, CA is temporarily closed, we now provide live online yoga classes to support and strengthen our local and global yoga community.

Access pain-free peace within through both easy and dynamic yoga postures suitable for all levels. This class begins and ends with yogic sound.

This beginner-friendly class focuses on gentle stretching and finding your own proper body alignment. An easy-going, powerful practice.

Explore the dynamic linking of postures and breath, known as vinyasa. A more vigorous class focused on alignment and building stamina.
