Yoga classes at Dhyanyoga Centers Antioch

All classes are hatha yoga based, covering a wide variety of yoga poses for all levels. Our teachers are experienced in the many ways of modifying poses to accommodate any level of student.

After being closed for yoga during the last couple of years, we have not yet restarted our hatha yoga program or weekly classes.

Dhyanyoga Hatha

Dhyanyoga Hatha is rooted in traditional hatha yoga, a balanced practice that draws on many styles but has as its main focus relaxing the body and quieting the mind.
