Yoga classes at Dhyanyoga Center ANTIOCH

We’re opening up! The Center plans to re-open the last week of April 2021, with a new schedule of outdoor, donation-based yoga classes. Check back as we will be adding more information to the site soon, or subscribe to receive an email announcement when we launch the classes.

Mornings & Evenings

A variety of yoga options

Yoga classes for the beginning and intermediate student integrate postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and yoga philosophy.

Meditation Class

First and second mondays

Our meditation classes offer instruction in concentration, deep relaxation, healthy yogic breathing, witness consciousness, being present in the moment, and exploring the nature of the self.

Community Yoga

Saturday mornings

A donation-based class. All levels welcome, including beginners. Children with a sincere interest in yoga and accompanied by an adult are welcome at the discretion of staff.
