It’s an exciting time of transition, as the Bay Area begins to open up again. We are shifting away from virtual classes and back to being able to offer in-person yoga at the Center. We will let you know as soon as we are able to welcome you back!

A variety of yoga options
Yoga classes for the beginning and intermediate student integrate postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and yoga philosophy.
First and second mondays
Our meditation classes offer instruction in concentration, deep relaxation, healthy yogic breathing, witness consciousness, being present in the moment, and exploring the nature of the self.
A donation-based class. All levels welcome, including beginners. Children with a sincere interest in yoga and accompanied by an adult are welcome at the discretion of staff.
